The restaurant is well known for its fish and seafood specialities which blend together with home cooking and traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
All our dishes are in fact based on the selection and choice of local products “donated” to us by the land and sea.

We produce homemade vegetables, we buy from the cooperative of the fishermen of San Teodoro fresh fish every day, The chef selects the best companies in the area, chooses the fruit of the greengrocer of the country , meat reared in neighboring countries , carasau typical bread we buy in Bolotana , extra virgin olive oil in Siniscola , the wine from Dorgali .
While we intend to give priority to local production, thus encouraging small producers and the productive potential of the land around the other, the kitchen is a perspective km0 a big savings in terms of costs for the transport of goods, and has a lower environmental impact in terms of pollution and emission of harmful gases into the atmosphere , which especially in recent decades have caused climate change , sometimes very serious and dangerous .
KM0 stimulates a deeper understanding of the area, thanks to the exploitation of its resources and the rediscovery of agricultural products that often, not having access to large retailers , are likely to disappear or be relegated to a few passionate admirers.

We never use vegetable or fruit syrup. Most of our supplies come from organic farms. Many of our suppliers are in Sardinia: in this way the freshness and naturalness are guaranteed.
